How it works:
1. Spend AP on anything in the web or in-game item mall. Depending on how much you will qualify for the highest tier eligible. So if you spend 500 AP you qualify for Tier 1 prizes.
2. Once the sale has ended Check the 5/28 Elite Leviathan Tier Event after the event has ended to see if you qualified (Qualifiers will be posted 5/30)
3. Have Fun!

Are the Tiers Cumulative?
No, the tiers are not cumulative. The highest tier you qualify for are the prizes you get.
