1. Purchase any Elite Mystery Box from the Web Mall. The more you purchase the more you increase your chances of winning.
2. Once the raffle has ended Check the Elite Pet Raffle after the event has ended to see if you won! (Winners will be posted 2/22)
3. If you win the Elite Pet be sure to post your Character Name/Server/Name.. You must post by 2/22 3 pm PST or you will be disqualified
