3. Our support team will change your character from Nangin back to their original faction. (Please Allow 48 hours for this to occur)
4. After your character has been changed to their original faction our support team will email you!
5. Enjoy your original faction!

What if I purchased the Faction Transfer Ticket, but sent the wrong email subject!
There will be no refunds or faction transfers rendered for players that do not send us the appropriate email subject.
Can I transfer my character to another server?
No. Faction Transfers are only Nangin to your original faction, within one server.
Can I transfer my character from an original faction into a Nangin?
No transfers are only Nangin ---> Original Faction
Are faction transfers instant!?
No. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to change your faction.
Can I purchase a faction transfer from anywhere other than the web mall?
No. You must purchase the faction transfer from the web mall. The transfer item itself is not anything at all. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET SCAMMED
