GM Asher's Development Log - We Come Bearing GiftsNew Mount : THE BEAR
Meet the Bear. The newest addition in our lineup of mounts, the Bear is as formidable as he is large. These creatures are trained and equipped for war from birth, and are hardy enough to withstand the rigors of travel in the most extreme conditions - whether high up in snowy mountains, deep in desolate monster-infested ruins, or in the blood and death-filled environs of the battlefield. The Bear can handle it all with a growl and a headbutt. Just look at him. Would YOU mess with this guy?
LOADED FOR BEAR
The Bear isn't all bulk and no finesse. He may not look like it, but he's actually one of the fastest land creatures and makes for a dependable mount. People talk all about tigers and their speed, but the Bear actually outpaces them - and every other mount, for that matter - and holds an edge in movement speed that could be the crucial difference between victory and defeat when you're racing to defend your stone or cut down a retreating foe. In addition, the Bear provides boosts in some vital stats. As expected of a ferocious beast of war, his mere presence gives you an ample edge in your raw damage. Enemies also seem less able to dodge your hits when this two-ton grizzly is in their face, ruining their day. Like all mounts, the Bear reduces the strain on your spiritual reserves, letting you pump out more attacks.
Here's the no-nonsense version of what the Bear does:
Type Damage Chi Atk Rate Move
Feral Bear +5% +5% +5% *+10%
Armored Bear +10% +10% +10% *+10%
War Bear +15% +15% +15% *+10%
*Remember, all mounts already give +10% movement speed, but the Bear gets an additional bonus on top of that. So when riding one, you're faster than anyone else who hasn't had the good fortune - or guts - to tame these warriors of nature and have them on THEIR side.

The Bear, and much more, are all coming straight to TwelveSky2 with the upcoming release of the God Level Patch. Good things are in tiding, and this not-so-mild-mannered beast is just one of the things waiting in store.
